Delivery: Delivery and set-up of your furniture within central Ohio is available for an additional charge. Deliveries are scheduled within a two-hour window; our drivers are company employees and will call ahead of their arrival. Please note that your delivery team is unable to remove old furniture or install audio/video equipment.

Pick-Up:  Customers are welcome to pick-up their furniture at our Uptown Westerville store, but must be capable of loading and securing their purchase independently. Furniture is not boxed or wrapped.

Shipping: Furniture and accessories may be shipped worldwide and we are happy to provide an estimate from our local shipping provider. You are also welcome to arrange shipping on your own. Please note that Amish handcrafted furniture is made to order and is not boxed or unassembled—all of which will impact shipping costs.

Warranty: All wood furniture is guaranteed one year for materials and workmanship; mattresses are guaranteed for 10 years, prorated.

Payment: Special orders require a non-refundable 25% deposit.  Orders are processed in the order they are received; completion times, ranging from 6-16 weeks, are not guaranteed. Most pieces arrive at our warehouse within 8-12 weeks.  Customization may alter completion times.  Order balances are due at the time of pick-up or delivery. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.
