Our customer service philosophy dates to 1925, when A.D. Winbigler, proprietor of the local feed and flour mill began what would become a legacy of entrepreneurship. From flour mill to furniture company, with sawmills and lumberyards between, our founder represents the fourth generation of family business. This sort of longevity is the result of practices that begin and end with a focus on the customer. We still believe a handshake is as solid as any contract.
Do we always get it right? Certainly not. Mistakes sometimes happen when people are involved. But some of our biggest fans and most loyal customers are those who have experienced our dedication to “making it right.”
