Payment Policy

Special orders require a non-refundable 25% deposit. Furniture orders are processed by our Amish craftsmen in the order they are received. Completion times range from 6-16 weeks with most pieces arriving in our warehouse in 8-12 weeks. Customization may alter completion times. Order balances are due at the time of pick-up or delivery.
